Nexus Medical Transportation specializes in ambulatory and wheelchair transportation services. We offer safe and comfortable transportation for individuals with varying mobility needs, ensuring they reach their destinations with ease.

Only individuals covered under Colorado’s Health First Medicaid Program can schedule a ride. To be eligible, members must not have other means of transportation.

We prioritize your safety and comfort by implementing strict safety protocols. All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, and our staff is extensively trained in safety procedures. 

NEMT is not available for picking up prescriptions, picking up medical equipment, or completing intake interviews or paperwork.
